It’s all in the Game

Welcome to my little corner of cyberspace where we enjoy a cuppa together while reflecting upon many things in life.

As we’ve had some heavy topics lately,  I thought we would have a little fun today playing a game while enjoying our cuppa’s, I’m calling it Pick A Game.

I got the idea recently when my eldest daughter was visiting from interstate with two of my grandsons 15 & 17 years old (while her hubby & their Dad was on an overseas Ministry trip tracing the footsteps of the Apostle Paul). I noticed that each night after dinner they sat down to play a board game together.

While playing a virtual board game together isn’t possible here, I thought we could play Pick A Game & enjoy a reflection together behind that game.

Just tap on the text below the game that you choose to be transported to where I’m waiting with a cuppa for you, each game is a unique topic.

Noughts & Crosses

Scrabble

 Chess

I hope you enjoyed our Pick A Game fun today my friend as something a little different.

Until next time,

Jennifer

  1. What a clever idea for a blog post, I may try it myself. Sometimes I want to post about several topics at the same time. And what a lovely story, although sad for you. But how wonderful God redeemed your grief and gave you a beautiful new home. I too am a fan of Earl Grey.

  2. Jennifer, thank you for sharing your heart always. As I was reading all three, I read one of my responses that was good for me to embrace: “Jennifer, I so needed to read this. I need to just be and rest in our sweet Savior. I can’t do His work of rescue, only He can. Thank you for always shining a light. Blessings my friend!”

I am in a season of being anxious over some upcoming medical tests. Thank you for your faithfulness to God’s Word!
