Hi, welcome my friend! I have a reflection for us to share today which I believe is rather timely but first let’s grab our cuppa’s for our time together.
Now, let’s begin…
Who has the Power?
As we look at current world events & the absolute bullying that’s going on by leaders who want to grab power & territories to expand their own ’empires’ at the cost of precious lives.
And as we observe key World Security groups who seem to be like toothless Tigers, with all roar & no might holding ‘talks’ as this bullying goes on.
We may be tempted to think the bullies have all the power & the world are at their mercy.
But it would be a major mistake to think this way!
Why?
Because of…
The power of One!
You see the people, the every day ordinary people of this World are mounting an extraordinary battle!
Millions of these warriors are uniting in prayer today, all standing behind the people of the Ukraine & other countries under tyrannical attack!
This corporate prayer releases the greatest power in the Universe, as stated in the following;
“The earnest & heartfelt Prayer of the righteous avails God’s Mighty Power.”
James 5:16 paraphrased
For God’s power is not to be trifled with!
God does not take it lightly when innocent blood is shed, in fact it’s one of the things He abhors in Proverbs 6:16-19.
World Day of Prayer
The World Day of Prayer was held recently but we don’t need a specific day to join in prayer, we can come together any time. And there’s no time like the present!
Please join me in the following prayer;
Heavenly Father,
We pray that you will send your Angels to dispel this evil tyranny,
And that you will be with those who are working for peace in this world,
Especially where leaders think they have the right to take away the freedoms that you have given!
In Jesus name we pray, Amen!
Until next time,
Jennifer

Yes, and I think some people who don’t understand, think when we pray, we just pray that somehow, they are saved from the destruction. But it’s so much more than that. I pray they are comforted, that they seek God, they get out safely, that they feel peace, and more. And in the end, I hope I see them all in heaven! 🙏

Absolutely He does Pam! And what’s amazing too is that prayer is going up 24hrs a day as we live on different sides of the Earth so when one side is sleeping the other side is awake & praying & vice-a-versa 🙏

Joining here in prayer, Dear Jennifer. My dear Ukranian 2nd Mom, who is with Jesus now, survived all this before during WW2. And so my heart is heavy for her people! May the Lord protect and bring rescue to so many souls!

I feel as if God is giving us permission to pray imprecatory psalms in this season of unbridled evil.

I was asked in prayer to pray for the scared little boy inside the dictator. I assume God knows what is needed, so I do so. It is not a prayer I would have initiated on my own!
