Continuing the Art of Slow

Today I thought we would continue that wonderful experience of The Art of the Slow.

A great deal has happened in our family over this past week, one being the death of a dear loved One & nine of our family members contracting CoVid.

But at the moment I just need to be intentionally slow & thought we would enjoy the following together.

As hubby & I did this morning; an amble around our seaside neighbourhood, tap on the following title below to join me in,

My Neighbourhood…

I hope you enjoyed our delightfully slow seaside adventure together.

Until next time dear friend,

Jennifer

You’re most welcome to join me in The Reading Nook

Or

in Prayer

  1. What a lovely walk you took us on! I felt like I was there with you. I so appreciated your sweet comment at my blog today, and it was so nice to meet you! My heart goes out to you in the loss of your loved one. May God comfort all who mourn their passing and also lay His healing hand on all who are ill. And may He bless you richly for all you for Him!

  2. Taking time to pause and enjoy our surroundings is a great way to practice the Art of Slow. This morning, as I drove home from dropping off The Boy at school, I couldn’t soak in enough of the snow-laced tree branches on a backdrop of deep blue sky. It was like God said, “Do you see this Jeanne? I made it for you, because I love you!” I needed that little pause in my day to just enjoy His creation.

How wonderful it must be to live near the sea. It looks like you are surrounded by beauty!
